Refund policy

Akuwa accepts exchanges within 10 days of receipt of product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the original packaging unopened with seal intact.

Akuwa offers store credit or an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your product. Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email, that your returned product was received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Upon approval a unique code or new item will be sent within 5-7 days.

Akuwa will replace orders if they are damaged. To process an exchange on damaged orders, please send us an email at info@Akuwaskincare.com, with the subject line “Damaged”.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
