Shipping policy

Akuwa Skincare currently only ships in the US.

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order in addition to the shipping time. 

If an order is not able to be delivered due to customer error or wrong address, Akuwa will make one attempt to get an accurate address. If order cannot be delivered for reasons that are attributable to customer error, Akuwa will not process a refund.
